RDI REIT said it had acquired an 80% interest in a portfolio of four office properties in central London from Forum Partners, Kailong Group and Office Space in Town for a combined £161.7m.

The purchase price reflected an anticipated net initial yield of over 6.0%, the company said.

The acquisition includes existing debt facilities of £73.5m reflecting a loan-to-value ratio of 45%, in line with the group's strategic priority of reducing leverage.

The equity consideration makes use of proceeds from a recent disposal of the group's German supermarket portfolio.
