ITE Group reported a rise in its fiscal third-quarter revenues due mainly to the improvements delivered in its top 10 events, together with the impact of acquisitions.

Revenues rose to £69m from £58m a year earlier as four top 10 events took place in the quarter, which collectively delivered double-digit revenue growth, with MosBuild, in particular, delivering strong double-digit revenue growth for the second year, the company said.

The turnaround programme had now entered its final year, and 'we are seeing positive momentum due to the scalable platform which has been put in place,' it added.

As at 28 June 2019, the Group had booked circa £210m of revenue for 2019, representing 98% of current market expectations for the full year.

On a like-for-like revenue basis, these bookings were 6% ahead of this time last year, largely due to the performance of events that had received investment, particularly in Russia, ITE said.

The company said was confident that it would achieve its full-year expectations.
